When will my order ship?
Every item is made to order, just for you, so production starts soon after you order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking info.

Production and shipping times shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during busy seasons or for reasons outside our control.

How long does shipping take?

Where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email your tracking info to the email address you used at checkout. Can’t find it? Check your spam or promotions folder.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with your neighbors and the carrier first, then email us at store@sparkedbyher.com so we can help where we can.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Production starts soon after you order, so orders can’t be canceled or changed once submitted. If you spot a mistake, email store@sparkedbyher.com right away and we’ll let you know if anything can still be adjusted.

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. But stay tuned! We’re working to expand in the future.
