When will my order ship?
We process all orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking info.

How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. Need it faster? Unfortunately, we don’t offer expedited shipping just yet — but we’re working on it.

Where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email your tracking info to the email address you used at checkout. Can’t find it? Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. Still no luck? Email us at store@sparkedbyher.com and we’ll help you out.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
No worries — it happens. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away at
store@sparkedbyher.com with your correct address. If it’s already on its way, we’ll still
do our best to support you.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. But stay tuned — we’re
working to expand in the future.
