All Sales Are Final

Every Sparked by Her item is made to order, just for you. Once it's printed, it can't be restocked or resold, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including for size, fit, color, or change of mind.

Please review the product details, size chart, and color options before checking out. Colors may look slightly different in person than on your screen.

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Accessories

If an accessory arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll reship a replacement at no cost to you.

To file a claim, email store@sparkedbyher.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item (and the package, if it was damaged in shipping). No need to send the item back unless we ask. T-shirts are not included in this exception.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Production starts soon after you order, so orders can't be canceled or changed once submitted. Please double-check your sizes, colors, and shipping address before checking out. If you spot a mistake, email store@sparkedbyher.com right away and we'll let you know if anything can still be adjusted.
